How AI is changing the way we think about data management

Beyond the hype and the marketing AI is changing the way we view data management both from a need for broader scoped, more accurate data sets to opportunities in automation that can accelerate value and reduce risk.

But among the promise there is an abundance of "marketecture", AI being added to everything and a lot of disillusionment in its application. How to determine when it is good for a purpose and not for others? How can we apply critical thinking and common patterns to see when it is likely to work for us and help us avoid moving from data silos to insight silos?

In this engaging fireside chat we cut through the unsubstantiated hype to the modalities that provide real value and controversially we discuss common thought traps (that even Nobel prize winners and leading journalists are falling into) and how to avoid them.
