The Data Management Association (DAMA) is delighted to announce that DAMA Ireland and DAMA UK are holding another joint event, this time in Dublin, at Bank of Ireland Workbench, Grand Canal Square, on Thursday 7th May 2026 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.The event will be followed by a drinks reception, sponsored by Stibo Systems.
Please join us for the chance to meet with your data and AI peers to explore current challenges and future trends in AI and data management. We have an exciting agenda, with speakers from the Bank of Ireland, BearingPoint, Royal London, Global Data Strategy and other organisations. Our keynote speaker will be Mike Ferguson of Intelligent Business Strategies, a leading analyst and practitioner on the current and future data and AI landscape.
The summit will include a broad range of AI and data management topics through presentations, lightning talks and panel sessions. Topics to be covered include:
Best practices, trends and challenges in data management and AI
The interrelationship between AI and data management disciplines, including data governance, and the implications for AI and data management professionals
The changing legal and regulatory landscape of data and AI Opportunities to foster communities of AI and data management professionals in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. An overview of DAMA and the partnership between DAMA Ireland and DAMA UK
There will also be an opportunity to network and discuss ideas around AI and data management with other attendees.
