The AI Dataverse: Navigating the New Frontier
DAMA UK REGIONAL EVENT: Hosted by the BANK OF IRELAND at the Bank of Ireland, Belfast - FREE IN PERSON Event
The Data Management Association (DAMA) is delighted to announce that the DAMA Ireland and DAMA UK chapters are joining forces to hold the first ever DAMA event in Northern Ireland, hosted by the Bank of Ireland. This whole day conference will take place at the Bank of Ireland’s offices, Donegall Square in the centre of Belfast on Tuesday 28 October 2025 from 9:30am to 4:30pm, followed by a drinks reception sponsored by BearingPoint. DAMA is a global, non-profit organisation created to support data professionals in their career and skills development. See https://dama.org for more information.
Please join us for this meet up for the chance to meet with your data and AI peers to explore current challenges and future trends in AI and data management. We have an exciting agenda, with speakers from The Bank of Ireland, BearingPoint, Royal London Insurance, Elsevier, Castlebridge, Queen’s University and others to be announced.
The event will include a broad range of AI and data management topics through keynote presentations, case studies, lightning talks and panel sessions. The main areas to be covered will include:
- Best practices, trends and challenges in data management and AI
- The interrelationship between AI and data management disciplines and the implications for AI and data management professionals
- How AI is creating new data management roles
- Case studies of successful AI and data management projects
- Opportunities to create communities of AI and data management professionals in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
- An overview of DAMA and the roles of DAMA Ireland and DAMA UK
There will also be many opportunities to network and discuss ideas around AI and data management with other attendees. Lunch and refreshments will be provided free of charge.
