Every governance framework built for human decision makers has one assumption baked in: a person is the last checkpoint before anything happens. Agentic AI breaks that assumption, and most organisations haven't redesigned their controls around it. In the final session of our AI governance series, we'll look at what actually changes when AI stops recommending and starts acting: action boundaries, rollback, audit trails, and where accountability goes when agents start calling other agents. This is the most forward-looking session in the series, and the one organisations can least afford to be caught flat-footed on.
